This 23 year old woman had acute
severe arterial hypertension, in association with administration of
cyclosporine. Bilateral temporal and occipital lesions are seen on T2 weighted
MR, and with gadolinium - enhanced T1 weighted MR. Roentgen - ray CT is abnormal,
but less clear. Early perfusion abnormalities are apparent at higher levels.
These show some enhancement at the later time point.
